Job Description

As our Hard Surface 3D Artist, you'll design and model weapons, vehicles, gear, and other mechanical props that define the brutal realism of our world. Your work will help ground our environments and enhance gameplay.

  • Candidates must have at least: Basic/Standard experience.
  • We're currently pre-revenue, but all team members are part of a success-based compensation contract tied to clear milestones and ROI targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Key responsibilities

  • Create detailed hard surface models with optimized topology
  • Work from concept art or real-world reference
  • Collaborate with texture artists and technical teams for integration
  • Maintain consistency with the game’s art style and scale

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling tools (3DS MAX, Blender, etc.)
  • Strong portfolio with hard surface work
  • Understanding of UV mapping and PBR workflows
