Job Description

Shape the faces of Fall in Duty. As our Character Artist, you’ll design compelling human and creature models that enhance the emotional depth and horror of the world. You'll work alongside animators and apparel artists to ensure our characters are not only realistic but alive.

  • Candidates must have at least: Basic/Standard experience.
  • We're currently pre-revenue, but all team members are part of a success-based compensation contract tied to clear milestones and ROI targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Key responsibilities

  • Sculpt high-poly models and optimize them for game-ready use
  • Work with concept art and iterate quickly
  • Collaborate with rigging and apparel artists
  • Focus on anatomy, proportion, and realism

Qualifications

  • Strong sculpting skills in ZBrush or similar tools
  • Knowledge of topology, baking, and texturing
  • Experience with game-ready character pipelines
